2. What information do we collect?
When you make a booking request:
- Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address
- Transfer details: pickup and drop-off point, date and time, number of passengers, flight number, luggage details, your notes, the vehicle and extras you choose (baby pushchair, booster seat), your preferred payment method (cash on the day / bank transfer), currency and the price shown to you
We do not collect card or bank details; there is no online payment on the website.
3. Why do we use your information?
- To assess your transfer request, get back to you and carry out the transfer (entering into and performing the contract)
- To meet our legal obligations (e.g. travel agency record-keeping obligations)
We do not use your information for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it.
4. Who is your information shared with?
- WhatsApp (Meta): If you choose to continue on WhatsApp at the last step of the booking, your request summary is sent to us from your own WhatsApp account.
- Google Maps (Google): The text you type in the address search box is sent to Google to show suggestions.
- Cloudflare: The website and booking records are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. These servers may be located outside Türkiye.
- Google Analytics: Only if you give cookie consent, anonymous statistics about how you use the website are collected. Your name, phone, email and transfer details are not sent to this service.
5. How long do we keep it?
We keep your booking information for 2 years from the transfer date; records subject to a legal retention obligation are kept for the duration of that obligation. When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your information, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing and lodge a complaint. You can send your requests to the email address above. You can complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in Türkiye, or to the data protection authority of your country in the EU.
